Leadership, life and professional skills are emphasized throughout every aspect of STOP to equip students with the skills necessary to become effective leaders. This emphasis not only advocates the development of character and values, but it also encourages an attitude of excellence and integrity essential for effective leadership.

STOP also conducts a series of seminars and workshops on various leadership, life and professional skills. Seminars such as conflict management, business attire and resume writing, prepare students for personal and professional success.
